LJ Roth Restoration is committed to a prevention program that ensures a safe workplace for our
employees. We do this by following our three pillars of safety: Commitment, Development and
Prevention. Our attention to detail and positive attitudes throughout all levels makes the difference when
completing our projects.
The organization and development of the safety team is a key factor for the implementation of controls,
elimination of hazards, and a successful safety program. Safety management conducts weekly and
quarterly training that are held in house. Job sites and job site analysis are monitored on a day by day
basis.
